Where does the data come from?

Multiple independent ADS-B networks fused at 1 Hz, plus supplemental radar coverage at ~10 sec cadence for the ADS-B gap.

Can I track a specific flight?

Yes - search any callsign or tail number. Map centers on it if currently airborne.
